Our website is in many ways a construction site where our service takes shape. We are far from finished, but we hope you think we are moving in the right direction. When you are registered with us, you should know that there is always an improvement waiting to happen and that we value and listen to your feedback.

Due to frequent updates and improvements, we ask for your understanding that things occasionally go wrong. Childhood illnesses will occur and you may experience getting the boring message that the websites are updated just when you should be doing something important. It is therefore extra important that you know that customer service is here for you when things go wrong and you need help. We are quick to respond when updates are in progress and bugs are fixed. - We can assist with most things.
